Personal Training

We offer 1:1 personal training sessions.

This service is best suited for people who:

-Have no gym experience and want to build their confidence in a gym environment.

-Have past gym experience but are needing a refresher on exercises, their form & technique.

-Have a lot of gym experience, but have gotten stuck in the same exercise routine and want to learn new skills & challenge their ability.

-Are wanting to get back into a good exercise routine but need a push to get started.

These sessions are all in-person and can be booked in blocks of 10 sessions.

You can continue with your training after your 10 session block has been completed if you feel you want or need more 1:1 training.

You can also choose your session schedule based on your availability, whether you’d prefer 1/2/3 sessions per week to complete all 10 sessions.

Your personal training sessions will include:

-A unique programme based on your health and fitness goals (weight-loss/weight-gain/to build muscle).

-Programme advancement & changes during the course of your block to ensure you learn new skills and develop your training.

-Equipment training - You will be given a variety of exercises that involve the use of different pieces of gym equipment (barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cardio machines, bands etc.) to ensure you gain confidence with using gym apparatus.

-The option to continue training once the block has been completed.

Price:

Block of 10 Personal Training sessions: £500.
