1:1 Pilates & Yoga sessions:

We offer in-person and online private Pilates & Yoga sessions, these sessions are perfect for anyone who:

-Is new to Pilates or Yoga

-Has done Pilates or Yoga for a long time

-Experiences back pain regularly

-Has injuries or is recovering from an injury and wants to continue with training

-Has postural issues (kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis) or wants to improve their posture

-Wants to improve their mobility & flexibility

-Is nervous in a class environment

-Has a specific goal or wants to learn a specific skill (teaser, push-up, headstand)

Price:

Private Pilates and Yoga sessions can only be booked in blocks of 5 or 10 (this will give us enough time to work on your specific goals whether it’s fitness oriented, injury/recovery focused, or postural)

Block of 5 sessions - In-Person Private Pilates/Yoga session: £250

Block of 5 sessions - Online Private Pilates/Yoga session: £175

Block of 10 sessions - In-Person Private Pilates/Yoga session: £500

Block of 10 sessions - Online Private Pilates/Yoga session: £350
